Even image creation and manipulation can be done in your browser, with services like SUMO Paint.

I used this recently to modify some images for a revision of the $7 Secrets Scripts Installation Guide. For the minor changes I needed to make, the process was just as easy, if not easier, than firing up Photoshop.
